this could be something

The German term Vorfreude describes a very specific feeling: the one we experience when we celebrate a future that has not yet arrived. Vorfreude is pre-enjoyment, pre-celebration, pre-radiance. This emotional concept forms the starting point of my research, which unfolds in two directions: on the one hand, the body and Vorfreude as a physical state; on the other, optimism as a tool of resistance and as a political space in search of constant transformation.

The research seeks to explore a form of waiting that is not passive: an inner movement, a subtle and often invisible activation, a state of continuous gentle tension. In short, the starting point of this research lies in defining the physical state and its patterns, the qualities of movement, and the corporeality of the word itself.
